Overview
Mentorloop is an Australian mentoring platform for companies, associations, government bodies and community groups. It says more than 100,000 people worldwide use it. Every program includes unlimited matches, so participants can join several mentoring relationships at no extra cost.
Mentorloop Intelligence is its AI layer: Smart Match, AI survey summaries, Smart Nudges, match rationale, AI meeting agendas and Coco, an AI co-coordinator for program admins. Mentorloop says it does not use customer data to train models for other customers.
Integrations cover Gmail, Outlook and Slack for notifications, Zoom and Microsoft Teams for video, and the major calendars. HRIS options include Oracle, BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling and UKG, and CRM options include Salesforce and HubSpot. Single sign on uses SAML 2.0, and Mentorloop says its API powers these integrations. Data can be hosted in Australia, the UK or the US.
