Together alternatives

MentorcliQ

Sales-quoted API

Why it comes up: MentorcliQ adds ERG management and Neobrain skills intelligence for large enterprise programs.

Stands out: Mentoring, ERGs and skills-based career mobility sit in one platform, so a mentor match can come from a skills gap rather than a job title, and every client gets a dedicated client partner and success coach.

Watch out: There are no public prices, free plan or self-serve trial, and onboarding is guided over a few weeks, so it suits enterprise programs rather than a small team. The Neobrain AI agents are still rolling out.

Best for

• Large employers running several mentoring programs
• HR teams managing ERGs and employee networks
• Companies moving to skills-based internal mobility
