Overview
Chronus is an enterprise platform for mentoring, employee communities and change adoption programs. Besides career mentoring it covers onboarding, high potential development and reverse mentoring, and it runs employee resource groups, business resource groups and communities of practice.
Its matching engine, Chronus MatchIQ, uses AI to recommend pairs from preferences, profile data and behavior. Admins can run fully automated matching, review suggested matches, or let participants choose from ranked options. AI guided conversations give each pair prompts and agendas.
Chronus integrates with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft, Azure Active Directory, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Outlook and Cornerstone, and has built in video meetings and two way calendar sync. Customers named on its site include Amazon, T-Mobile, Zendesk, PNC Bank and Electronic Arts.
Chronus sells three tiers by license count: Ignite Performance, Unleash Performance and Peak Performance. It does not publish prices.
