Overview
Meta AI is Meta's general AI assistant, now powered by Muse Spark from Meta Superintelligence Labs. It runs at meta.ai, in apps for iOS, Android and Mac, on Meta's AI glasses, and inside WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Facebook, using your existing Meta account.
For recruiting, it drafts messages and captions, answers questions with a fast Instant mode or a Thinking mode for harder problems, and reads photos, files and docs. Deep research builds a research plan, searches sources and drafts a structured report with citations, useful before a client call.
Meta AI can also complete tasks such as writing documents and creating presentations, and connecting email and calendar gives it personalised daily briefings. Business users can link an Instagram professional account, Meta Ads Manager and Google Workspace, which helps recruiters who run job ads or employer brand content on Meta.
Meta AI is free for everyday use. Meta is testing limits on compute-heavy features with a paid subscription for extra usage, but has not published prices. Its Llama site now points developers to the paid Meta Model API and Muse models.
