Join is European job distribution with a lightweight applicant tracker attached. One ad goes out to more than 10 organic boards and over 250 paid ones, with Indeed Platinum, LinkedIn Silver and StepStone Preferred partner status behind it. The tracker is the companion to that distribution: a shared pipeline, screening questions, scorecards, interview booking, a shared candidate inbox and one-click offers.
Pricing is per open job rather than per seat. Standard is €17 per job per month and Advanced €34, both billed annually, and both carry unlimited users. Paid placements are purchased through Join at no markup, so the board budget sits on top of the subscription, and the 14-day free trial runs on the Advanced plan with up to five active jobs and no card.
Teams pick it when European reach and compliance matter more than process depth: EU primary hosting, consent tracking and retention rules on every candidate profile, and ISO 27001:2022 certification. Advanced adds a public REST API plus native Zapier and Make apps, and there is a Chrome, Edge and Brave extension for saving LinkedIn profiles. There is no MCP server.
