Doximity Talent Finder
Stands out: The candidates are active users of a network they open for clinical work, so messages arrive in an app physicians check anyway rather than a crowded inbox. The vendor reports DocMail response rates around 24%, several times the 2-4% it cites for industry email, and one behavioral health customer reports click-through in the high 40s to mid 50s. Coverage extends to about two thirds of NPs and PAs and more than 90% of graduating medical students.
Watch out: Pricing is not published and is sold after a demo. Outreach is built around messaging inside Doximity; the vendor does not describe exporting emails or phone numbers for your own campaigns, and documents no ATS integration or API, so tracking lives in its own reporting. Response-rate figures are the vendor's own.
Not the right fit for
- Non-clinical healthcare roles such as IT or admin staff
- Teams that want to run outreach from their own email tool or dialer
- Buyers wanting published self-serve pricing
NEJM CareerCenter
Stands out: Prices are published per posting, which is rare among physician boards, and every posting includes candidate profile download credits valid for 30 days, so you can reach out as well as wait for applicants. The brand is the draw: jobs appear alongside New England Journal of Medicine content across NEJM Group's physician sites.
Watch out: It is physicians only, so APP, nursing and allied roles need another board. At $775 to $1,025 per posting it costs more than most boards, and the CV credits are small (3 to 7) and expire in 30 days. Bulk packages and advertising are quoted.
Not the right fit for
- Nurse, APP or allied health hiring
- High-volume posting on a tight budget
- Teams wanting unlimited database search
