Aqore
Staffing ATS, payroll and time clock in one system.
Quote-based pricing
Bottom line
All in one staffing platform (sold as Zenople) that runs the ATS, onboarding, CRM and sales pipeline, timekeeping, payroll, invoicing and AP/AR on one login, with mobile apps for temps, recruiters and sales. Built for US agencies in light industrial, clerical, IT, medical and day labor. Quote-based, and the vendor says it does not lock customers into long contracts.
Stands out for: Front and back office really are one system, ATS through payroll, invoicing, AP and AR, plus ZenTime, a tablet time clock that keeps taking punches offline at job sites and resolves split shifts, duplicate SSNs and overlapping assignments before payroll. Several of its reviewers moved over from TempWorks for that combination and for the support.
Watch out for: No published price. Outside reviews are thin (seven on Capterra, all vendor invited), and reviewers mention reporting gaps that needed custom reports, a clunky advanced search and some settings resetting after major updates.
Overview
Aqore is a staffing software company based in Grapevine, Texas, and Zenople is its all in one platform. One login covers the applicant tracking system, new hire onboarding, an employee information module, CRM and sales pipeline, new customer onboarding, job assignments, timekeeping, payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and reporting. It handles contract, direct hire and daily jobs across light industrial, professional and IT, medical and day labor.
Time comes in through the mobile app, portals, time imports or a time clock. Aqore ZenTime is a separate native time clock app for job site tablets: it stores punches when there is no signal, can lock a device to the clock, and resolves duplicate SSNs, split shifts and overlapping assignments so punch data is payroll ready.
Aqore AI adds candidate sourcing and matching, with applicants scored and ranked against job orders, and partners such as Sense and Whippy add automated texting and AI screening on top. Integrations cover job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Talroo), background screening (DISA), WOTC (Experian) and employment verification (Equifax). Pricing is quoted after a demo.

Sales-quoted API
The system most Aqore reviewers switched from: also ATS, payroll and tax in one system, with a longer track record and more outside reviews.
Sales-quoted API
Usually on the same shortlist; one Aqore reviewer picked Aqore because Avionté's back office ran as a separate system.
$99/user/mo API
The default agency front office if you want a large integration marketplace and can run payroll elsewhere.
