Aqore vs Bullhorn

Same facts, side by side: starting price, free tier, MCP, API and what each one is actually built for.

Aqore

Sales-quoted

All in one staffing platform (sold as Zenople) that runs the ATS, onboarding, CRM and sales pipeline, timekeeping, payroll, invoicing and AP/AR on one login, with mobile apps for temps, recruiters and sales. Built for US agencies in light industrial, clerical, IT, medical and day labor. Quote-based, and the vendor says it does not lock customers into long contracts.

Where Aqore fits

  • US temp and light industrial staffing agencies
  • Day labor and job site shift work with weak connectivity
  • Agencies leaving TempWorks or Ultra-Staff that want one system
  • Firms running several FEINs under role based access

Bullhorn

$99/user/mo

The default agency ATS conversation: staffing CRM, automations and a large marketplace. Starter is published at $99/user/month, with everything above it quoted.

Where Bullhorn fits

  • Staffing agencies
  • Desks that need client management next to jobs
  • Firms that live on the Bullhorn marketplace
  • Buyers comparing Bullhorn against Loxo or Vincere

Where they pull apart

Aqore

Stands out: Front and back office really are one system, ATS through payroll, invoicing, AP and AR, plus ZenTime, a tablet time clock that keeps taking punches offline at job sites and resolves split shifts, duplicate SSNs and overlapping assignments before payroll. Several of its reviewers moved over from TempWorks for that combination and for the support.

Watch out: No published price. Outside reviews are thin (seven on Capterra, all vendor invited), and reviewers mention reporting gaps that needed custom reports, a clunky advanced search and some settings resetting after major updates.

Not the right fit for

  • Corporate in-house talent teams
  • Search firms with no payroll to run
  • Teams that want self-serve pricing

Bullhorn

Stands out: Staffing CRM plus a marketplace of more than 300 partners on Core.

Watch out: Only the two small-agency tiers are published. AI, automation and analytics all sit behind a quote.

Not the right fit for

  • In-house tech talent teams that want structured hiring
  • Teams that need MCP today
