It pulls candidates from the ATS when they apply or reach a stage, then runs structured two-way interviews by phone, video, SMS or form in 20+ languages, around the clock. Each interview produces a fit score with plain-language reasoning, a PDF report, a transcript and a recording, all written back to the candidate record in ATSs such as Workday, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, iCIMS and SmartRecruiters.
Fraud checks run inside every HeyMilo interview, and in September 2026 the company launched HeyMilo Red, a standalone API and console that scans recordings from any platform for deepfakes, proxies, off-screen reading and coaching, and recommends proceed, review or reject without rejecting anyone automatically. Red starts free, with Growth at $59/mo. The main platform is quoted, it has a public API and an MCP server, and the vendor lists SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance.

HeyMilo Red, the standalone cheat-detection API, is priced per minute analyzed: Free covers about 300 minutes a month, Growth is $59/mo for about 3,000 minutes then $0.04 a minute with a 14-day free trial, and Enterprise is custom.
