Overview
HireScope AI is a Chrome extension built for recruiters who screen on LinkedIn. You sign in with Google, set up the job positions you are hiring for, and open LinkedIn profiles as usual. A sidebar appears on each profile with total years of experience, number of companies, average tenure, career level, skills sorted into technical, soft, tools and leadership groups, and a one-line profile summary.
Before spending an AI credit you can run a quick keyword match against one of your positions to see which required skills appear and which are missing. A full AI evaluation then scores the candidate across six areas, including skills, experience, trajectory and seniority fit, lists strengths, concerns and red flags such as career gaps or job hopping, and writes interview questions for that role. Results stream in within about ten seconds.
Evaluated candidates can be saved with a status, searchable notes and colour tags. The free plan has no time limit and allows 3 AI evaluations a day, 3 positions and 50 saved candidates. Starter and Pro plans with higher limits, a pipeline board, side-by-side comparison and cloud sync are listed on the pricing page but marked Coming Soon in October 2026.

The pricing page lists Starter at $12/mo (200 evaluations a month, pipeline board, cloud sync, comparison) and Pro at $29/mo (2,000 a month, PDF and Word export), both marked Coming Soon in October 2026, so only the free plan can be bought today. Billing is monthly only. Confirm current terms on the vendor site.
