Recruiter Copilot
Chrome extension that scores LinkedIn profiles against your job descriptions, with a free plan and Pro at $9/mo.
From $9/mo Free tier
Bottom line
Chrome extension that scores the LinkedIn profiles you open against your own job descriptions: a 0 to 100 match, skill gaps and an AI shortlist call in a sidebar. The Free plan covers 10 job descriptions and 25 deep checks; Pro is $9/mo for unlimited.
Stands out for: It scores the profiles you are already looking at, on free LinkedIn, Recruiter Lite or Recruiter Corporate alike, and checks each one against every job description you have loaded, so a profile opened for one role can surface as a fit for another. Each deep check ends in a plain Shortlist, Consider or Pass call.
Watch out for: It is a young product, with 216 Chrome users and four store ratings in October 2026. It finds no emails or phone numbers and sends nothing, so a contact finder and outreach tool are still needed. The Chrome store listing says evaluations sync to your account on the vendor's side, so read the privacy policy before screening for sensitive roles.
Overview
Recruiter Copilot is a browser extension from Recruit AI Suite, a company based in Salem, India. You upload or paste a job description as PDF, DOCX or text, the AI pulls out the requirements and key terms, and then you browse LinkedIn as you normally would. When a profile matches one of your active job descriptions, a sidebar shows a 0 to 100 match score with must-have and nice-to-have skills marked as matched or missing.
One click runs a deeper AI verification that weighs experience against the role and returns a summary, strengths, gaps and a recommendation to shortlist, consider or pass. Evaluated candidates go into a personal list you can mark Shortlisted, Maybe or Passed and search later. It runs in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera and other Chromium browsers and only reads the profiles you open; it does not crawl LinkedIn.
The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card, with 10 job description analyses and 25 AI verifications. Pro is $9/mo, managed inside the extension, and lifts both limits with priority processing. The same company sells an enterprise matching API under the RecruitAI Suite name.
