Overview
HireBest grew out of an interview training business and its book on structured hiring. The software applies that method to every role through a Cipher, a one page standard covering the role's charge, outcome, deliverables and efforts.
Interviewers work from an interview hub with the candidate's resume, the round's objectives, ordered questions and coaching through the conversation. An iPhone companion app runs the same interview in person, records it offline and syncs later.
Henry, the AI assistant, drafts Ciphers, transcribes and summarizes interviews and answers questions from the candidate's record with the source interview named. Ratings are made against the Cipher with a written reason, and Hogan assessments can be ordered in the product.
It runs alongside any ATS. Pricing is quoted after a demo, and a free Cipher builder is open to anyone.
