What it does

Why it matters: scanned forms and phone scans often come out sideways or upside down, and most PDF readers only turn the view, not the file. This tool saves the rotation into the PDF, so it opens the right way for everyone.

How to rotate a PDF

  • Open the PDF.
  • Press ↻ on a page to turn it a quarter turn clockwise. Press again for upside down. To turn many pages, tick them and choose Rotate selected.
  • Download the rotated PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Does rotating change the quality?

No. Rotation is stored as a setting on each page, so the content is not redrawn and text stays selectable.

Is my file uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser and nothing is stored.
