SelectPrism vs ZeaHire

Same facts, side by side: starting price, free tier, MCP, API and what each one is actually built for.

SelectPrism

Quote-based

SelectPrism is Prismforce's AI hiring platform that matches resumes to roles and runs proctored voice, video and coding first-round interviews on its own. It does not publish a price, so you need a demo and a quote. It fits enterprises, IT services firms and staffing agencies that run large volumes of technical and functional first rounds.

Where SelectPrism fits

  • Enterprise technical hiring at volume
  • IT services and global capability centers
  • Staffing and RPO firms

ZeaHire

Quote-based

AI interviewer and resume screener built by a New Jersey IT staffing firm, aimed at staffing desks of 50 to 250 seats and at volume hiring in the Gulf states and Southeast Asia. ZeaLyn runs the same structured interview with every candidate, and each assessment arrives with its reasoning and the candidate's own words beside it, while a recruiter approves every advance and every client submission. It is new and pre-revenue by its own account, prices by quote, and JazzHR is the only ATS connection live today.

Where ZeaHire fits

  • Staffing firms of 50 to 250 seats that want client-ready submission notes
  • Volume and campus hiring that needs the same interview for every candidate
  • Enterprise hiring teams in the Gulf states and Southeast Asia
  • JazzHR users who want AI interviews alongside their ATS

Where they pull apart

SelectPrism

Stands out: One AI interview can combine a coding test with functional scenario questions, which the vendor says can replace two separate rounds. More than 25 integrity checks look for AI-tool use, off-screen reading, impersonation and code plagiarism, and results flow to ATSs such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever and Bullhorn.

Watch out: There is no public pricing, and several features, including talent rediscovery, scheduling and the interviewer copilot, are listed as beta or coming soon. It is built for enterprise and staffing volume, so small teams hiring a few roles may find it more than they need. The Capterra listing has no reviews yet.

Not the right fit for

  • Small teams wanting published prices
  • Buyers needing scheduling today
  • Teams not using an ATS

ZeaHire

Stands out: Evidence over scores: every skill is rated on one rubric with the reasoning and quotes from the interview beside it, and nothing advances, is rejected or goes to a client without a person deciding. Interviews run three ways, fully autonomous with ZeaLyn, AI assisted inside your own panel, or with ZeaLyn sitting in a Microsoft Teams call, and all three land in one record.

Watch out: The vendor says it is pre-revenue with no customers to name, so there are no references or outside reviews yet. Its site shows ten ATS and HRIS logos, but only JazzHR is live and the rest are rolling out. Security is described as SOC 2 readiness and ISO 27001 aligned, which are not certifications, and there is no public price.

Not the right fit for

  • Buyers who need customer references before a pilot
  • Teams that need a live Bullhorn or Greenhouse connection today
  • Small teams that want a published price and self-serve signup
