GenieHire runs the first round of hiring as an asynchronous AI video interview. You paste a job description or choose a role template, GenieHire drafts up to eight questions and a scoring rubric you can edit, and every applicant is invited by link or email the moment they apply. Candidates answer on a phone or laptop in about 15 minutes, with practice questions first.
Each answer is scored against the rubric with a written justification, and applicants are ranked into a shortlist with the full recording, transcript and a proctoring audit. Multiple-choice and coding rounds are included on every plan, alongside resume screening that scores CVs against the job's criteria.
Every interview is proctored. Tab switching and focus loss, a second face on camera, pasted answers in typed, MCQ and coding rounds, and long silences or off-camera time are written to the report as timestamped markers. Reviewers jump to the moment, confirm or dismiss the flag and add a note, and the vendor states that nothing is rejected automatically.
Candidates come in through an interview link on a careers page or job post, a CSV upload or automatic email invites, and webhooks fire when an interview completes or a flag is raised.
