CV Evaluation scores each application against the role's requirements using three scoring methods: contextual fit, numeric ranges and value matching. The score is transparent, showing where in the CV each piece of evidence came from and how it was interpreted.
The AI Interview runs a live, two-way conversation. It tells the candidate about the company and role, answers their questions, asks technical, soft-skill and logistics questions, and generates follow-ups when an answer is thin. Answers are rated for completeness, accuracy, relevance and evidence, and soft skills are assessed against more than 30 competency frameworks. Firstview says the flow was tested with 5,000 candidates before launch.
AI Co-Pilot supports interviews run by your own team. It records video, writes the transcript and produces a report with topics covered, key candidate statements, strengths and development areas.
