Merge and split PDFs: combine a resume, references and certificates
- $0to use

What it does
Combine a resume, references and certificates into one PDF, reorder or rotate pages, or pull out the pages you need.
Why it matters: clients and hiring managers want one tidy file, not five attachments. A resume, two reference letters, a licence and a skills test result can go out as a single PDF in the right order. Candidates’ documents stay on your computer the whole time.
Merge and split PDFs
Put a resume, references and certificates into one file, or pull out the pages you need. Add PDFs or photos of documents, drag the pages into order, then download.

Runs in your browser. Your files are not uploaded, stored or sent anywhere.
How it works
- Add PDFs, or JPG and PNG photos of documents. Photos become pages sized to US Letter.
- Every page shows as a tile. Drag tiles into order, or use the arrow buttons on a phone. Rotate or remove any page.
- Download everything as one PDF, download just the pages you type or tick, or split every page into its own PDF in a .zip file.
| Job | How to do it |
|---|---|
| Resume plus references in one file | Add the resume first, then the reference letters, then Download as one PDF |
| Send only the signed page of a contract | Type the page number in Pages to keep, then Download those pages |
| Fix a sideways scan | Tick the page, choose Rotate selected, then download |
| Break a batch scan into separate files | Choose Every page as its own PDF |
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Pages are read and joined in your browser. There is no upload, no account and nothing stored on our side, which is why it is safe for resumes, IDs and signed paperwork.
Is there a limit?
Each file can be up to 50 MB, and up to 500 pages in all. Very large scans may take a few seconds on an older phone.
Do form fields and links survive?
Page content, text and images are kept exactly. Fillable form boxes and links may not carry across when pages from different files are joined, so fill and sign forms first, then merge.
Removing contact details before you merge? Start with the resume redactor. Collecting references at scale? Compare reference check software.
