Bottom line

VoiBo is a UK built set of four AI voice agents for recruitment agencies: one calls new applicants within about 30 seconds, one calls through databases and sourced lists, one re-engages dormant candidates and one answers inbound calls. Results go into the agency CRM as structured summaries. It suits agencies with high application volume or a large, underused database. Prices are quoted after a demo.

Stands out for: It was built by a recruiter who ran an agency for 17 years, and the agents map to agency jobs rather than generic screening, including a Message Taker for payroll and timesheet calls. Screening runs in 12+ languages with summaries in yours, and the Resourcer can place up to 100 calls at once.

Watch out for: No prices are published, so you need a demo to get a number. Clients and case studies are UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific agencies, so US references are thin, and there is no public API.

Overview

VoiBo comes from Tech Bake Ltd in England and was founded by Simon Berry, who ran a recruitment business for 17 years. It was built for his own agency first to fix two problems: applicants going cold before a consultant could call, and the slog of phoning through a large database.

The Applicant Responder calls each applicant about 30 seconds after they apply, screens for role fit, availability, salary expectations and notice period, scores the CV against the role, and flags the strongest candidates to a consultant. VoiBo says 19 in 20 applicants who answer stay on the line and fewer than 1 in 100 ask for a person.

The Resourcer calls through your database or a sourced list, up to 100 calls at once, to confirm interest, availability and fit. The Reviver re-engages candidates who applied months or years ago. The Message Taker answers inbound calls when the team is busy or out of hours, handles common queries such as payroll and timesheets, and routes messages to the right desk.

Each agent is trained on your tone, roles and workflows before it talks to real candidates, and calls run 24/7 in 12+ languages. Summaries go into recruitment CRMs including Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Zoho Recruit, Recruit CRM, Loxo, Tracker RMS and Salesforce, with Teams, Slack, WhatsApp Business and Calendly on the communication side.

VoiBo does not publish prices; plans are quoted after a demo, and agencies can start with one agent and add others. Set-up on a supported CRM takes an afternoon, and most clients are live within one to two weeks.
