For split recruitment, a role owning agency posts a shared role, a candidate partner agency offers people for it, and the two agree the fee split and responsibilities before any introduction. Candidate permission is required before an introduction, and TAP records attribution, accepted terms and payment records, although it does not move placement money itself.
Employers can post a hiring brief from the website without signing up. Agencies on a paid plan submit proposals covering experience, approach, fee and terms, and the employer compares them and picks a partner. A free public agency profile also puts each agency in a searchable directory by specialism and location.
