You upload a JD and it builds a smart playbook: core requirements, skill gaps and a structured competency question list calibrated for seniority. It then processes and ranks incoming resumes so recruiters start from a scored shortlist.
First-round screening runs without scheduling. Candidates interview with a video AI avatar, which can be cloned from one of your recruiters using a photo, or a voice-only Express mode for high volume, in up to 16+ languages, with intelligent probing, silence and mismatch handling, transcription and fraud detection. Each session is scored against the playbook and returns a ranked shortlist for round two.
