A search starts with a plain-English brief. Instalent looks across the open web, public code and professional-network signals, removes duplicates and returns candidates, which can then be enriched with LinkedIn, email and phone details checked against multiple sources.
Each profile is scored against the criteria you define, with the evidence shown. Campaigns send personalized multi-step sequences by email and, from Explorer up, WhatsApp, and every reply lands in a unified inbox. An AI agent can run the flow end to end with approval controls.
Instalent syncs two-way with Greenhouse, Lever, TeamTailor and Recruiterflow, sends outbound webhooks for candidate, task and campaign events, and exposes an MCP server for AI assistants. Plans are $99, $200 and $800/mo, with Enterprise quoted.
