Ad Call
Finds the hiring manager behind every live job ad in a role and city, with email and office phone, for agency recruiters. From $39/mo.
From $39/mo Free tier
Bottom line
Business development for agency recruiters that turns a role and a city into a call list: every company with a live ad for it, the real employer behind each ad, the likely hiring manager with email and office phone, and a reason to call now. Three searches are free, Desk is $39/mo for 15 searches and Firm is $99/mo for 50 searches across five seats, all month to month.
Stands out for: It searches today's job ads at the moment you ask instead of selling a stored contact list, strips out ads placed by other staffing agencies, and shows how every name was found with a confidence grade. The vendor also publishes its own error rate, about 8% of results with something wrong, measured by hand on fresh markets, which no other tool in this category on the site does.
Watch out for: Contacts are likely managers, not confirmed ones, and many emails are guesses built from the company's address format rather than verified mailboxes. There is no outreach or sequencing; it hands you names to call or email yourself. Notes on the single-user plan are saved in the browser. It is a new product with no independent reviews, and no API, MCP or ATS integration is described.
Overview
Ad Call is a business development tool for agency recruiters, built by a recruiter with twenty years of contract and perm placement at a large search firm. It automates the morning routine of reading a job ad, finding the real company and hunting down the manager who owns the role.
A search is one role in one city. Ad Call reads the live ads from the major job boards at that moment, notes how long each has been open and whether it has been reposted, drops ads posted by staffing agencies and franchise names, and checks the actual employer on its own website. A typical search returns about eight companies.
For each company it lists the likely hiring managers with title and a confidence grade, email addresses marked as verified or built from the company's published format, the office phone from the company's site, and a short 'why call today' note drawn from the ad's age, reposts and company news. When it cannot find the manager it says so and suggests what title to ask for.
A candidate mode works the other way round: upload a résumé and it returns every live job that fits, the manager for each and an opening line taken from that ad. A built-in desk tracks status, notes and callbacks on a calendar with overdue ones flagged.
The firm license puts the whole team on one account with shared notes and dispositions, a warning before dialling a company a colleague already worked, an activity page of every search and a search box across everyone's results. Data exports in one click and is not sold or shared, and it uses public sources only, not LinkedIn.
The first three searches are free with no credit card. Desk is $39/mo for 15 searches with rollover, Firm is $99/mo for 50 searches and five seats, and extra searches are $3 each.
Who it's for
Best for
- Agency recruiters who win new clients by calling hiring managers off live job ads
- Contract and perm desks in volume roles such as nursing, CDL driving, paralegals and machinists
- Recruiters marketing a strong candidate to every company hiring for that role
- Small firms that want to stop two recruiters calling the same manager
Not ideal for
- Teams that want automated email or LinkedIn sequences
- In-house talent teams sourcing candidates rather than clients
- Buyers who need verified contacts on every row or a CRM integration
Key features
Live job ad search. Type a role and a city and it reads the current ads from the major job boards at that moment, not a stored list, with how long each has been open and whether it was reposted.
Real employer and hiring manager. Ads from staffing agencies are dropped, the actual employer is checked on its own website, and the likely managers come back with title, a confidence grade and how each name was found. When it cannot find the manager it says so and suggests the title to ask for.
Email and office phone. Email addresses are marked verified or built from the company's published format with how common that format is, plus the office line from the company's own site.
Candidate marketing. Upload a résumé to get every live job that fits, the manager for each and an opening line taken from the ad.
Firm license. Shared notes and dispositions, a warning before you dial a company a colleague already worked, an activity page of every search and one-click export.
