On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds it first under Organization settings.

Claude Code

  1. Run claude mcp add --transport http 'gtm-api' 'https://mcp.gtm-api.com/mcp'
  2. Type /mcp to check it shows as connected and to sign in.
