It is in early access for Claude first, with other AI platforms to follow. An account administrator enables MCP Access under APIs and Integrations, and each user signs in with their own ActivTrak credentials, so answers respect existing roles and Viewable Groups. It exposes productivity, utilization, schedule adherence, PTO (with the HRIS integration) and technology usage data. It is for Workforce Management and Productivity Optimization accounts, not Work Activity Tracking.

An official server only lets the assistant see and do what your own ActivTrak account allows. Start read only, keep anything that sends, writes or spends credits on approval, and check whether your admin needs to approve the connection.
