Vela launched in May 2026 and says itself it is a young company; the performance figures on its pages are labelled as illustrative, not customer results. Pricing is GBP only, Sift is built for UK agencies, and live integrations are limited to a few CRMs such as JobAdder, Salesforce and Firefish.
What we noted
Not the right fit for
Worth keeping in mind: It insists on fixing CRM data before any outreach runs, and its agents share that data so Scout and Pulse skip records Core flags as stale. Sift builds UK Right to Work checks into the AI qualification interview and writes the outcome to the candidate record.

Quote-based
Why it comes up: UK voice AI agents that phone applicants and work dormant databases, if you want calls rather than email-led nurture.
Stands out: It was built by a recruiter who ran an agency for 17 years, and the agents map to agency jobs rather than generic screening, including a Message Taker for payroll and timesheet calls. Screening runs in 12+ languages with summaries in yours, and the Resourcer can place up to 100 calls at once.
Watch out: No prices are published, so you need a demo to get a number. Clients and case studies are UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific agencies, so US references are thin, and there is no public API.

$79/mo 3 day free trial MCP API
Why it comes up: Hiring-signal BD for recruiting firms with LinkedIn sequences from $79/mo and a 3-day trial, far cheaper than a Vela bundle.
Stands out: The talent map. For any open role it builds a branded live page of the real candidate market for that search, so the first message offers something specific rather than asking for 15 minutes, and the vendor says every name on it is backed by a real profile. Signals, contact, signal-specific copy and the LinkedIn sequence sit in one screen, and the hiring signals can also be queried from Claude through a hosted MCP server.
Watch out: Outreach runs on LinkedIn only; the verified emails are yours to use, but the product does not describe email sequencing. Sequencing, talent maps and the approval queue are Scale features, so the $79 Growth plan is signals, contacts and drafted copy. Sending through your own LinkedIn profile carries the usual automation risk despite the daily caps and warmup. The 3-day trial is short, the changelog only starts in June 2026, and there are no independent reviews yet.

Why it comes up: UK agency CRM and ATS with built-in match AI against your own database, if you would rather change CRM than add agents.
Stands out: AI agents for matching, CV parsing, skills, content, email, and enrichment are built into the CRM.
Watch out: No published per-user price. Add-on modules such as websites and portals start from £150 each, on top of the plan quote.
