Every plan caps branded resumes and submissions a month (Starter allows 10 submissions), so a busy desk can hit the limit quickly. Removing the CrewSnap logo and a custom URL need Pro at $399/mo billed annually, the vendor lists no ATS integrations, and there are no outside reviews to check yet.
What we noted
Not the right fit for
Worth keeping in mind: The client portal replaces the email with attachments: the client sees every shortlisted candidate for a requisition on one branded page, you see when they open it, and they leave feedback in place. Interviews booked through CrewSnap show the client the resume and the candidate the job description, with a transcript and summary afterwards.

$0.25/CV Free tier Free trial
Why it comes up: Pay per CV formatting from $0.25 a CV with a free tier, if you only need branded client CVs and not the portal or interview scheduling.
Stands out: Pricing is published and per CV rather than per seat: $0.25 a CV on Pro and $0.40 pay as you go, with no contract, where several CV formatting rivals are quote only or charge per user. Template builds and edits are free, including sending your existing Word or PDF template for the team to rebuild.
Watch out: It works on files rather than inside your ATS, so consultants export the CV, format it and upload it back unless your ATS vendor licenses the engine. Batch processing is on request rather than built in, and the vendor says it does not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification, which larger clients may ask for.

€29/mo Free tier MCP API
Why it comes up: AI resume formatting with anonymised PDFs, a free plan and its own MCP server, priced in euros from 29 a month.
Stands out: A built in MCP server on every plan, the free one included, lets Claude, Cursor or your own automation create, anonymize and export candidate resumes straight from a chat.
Watch out: Prices are in euros only, the free plan stamps a watermark on every resume, and paid plans cap uploads at 50 or 200 a month. No ATS or CRM integration is named; the Chrome extension and MCP server are the routes in.

$49/mo 15 day free trial
Why it comes up: Full small agency ATS from $49/mo with iReformat resume formatting, if you want job posting and a candidate CRM rather than a submission portal.
Stands out: The pairing with iReformat is unusual: agencies can track candidates in Recruiteze and turn resumes into branded, anonymised client submissions with the sister product. Plans have no contract, include a 15-day trial, and it is rated 4.9 on Capterra across 44 reviews.
Watch out: Plans are capped by active jobs, 3 on Startup and 10 on Business, with unlimited jobs only on the quoted Enterprise plan. Many Capterra reviews praise the resume formatting tool rather than the ATS, and the vendor lists no AI screening or matching.
