Many apply links are the site's own referral links to the platforms, which it discloses, so the board earns when people sign up. Only about 20 of the 58 platforms publish live feeds; the rest are pay summaries, and a large share of open roles state no rate at all. It is narrow by design: AI training contract work only, no general jobs, resume search or ATS.
What we noted
Not the right fit for
Worth keeping in mind: Pay is the organising idea: every role carries its advertised hourly rate, postings without one show the platform's typical rate measured from its other open roles that day, and the site publishes a live median (about $60/hr across roughly 1,800 advertised rates). It covers 58 AI training platforms in one place, with a separate comparison of each on pay, requirements and worker reputation.

Why it comes up: HiringCafe indexes millions of jobs straight from company career pages across every field, but has no AI training focus and no measured pay comparison by platform.
Stands out: Jobs come from employers' own career pages, not paid ads, so the index is far larger than sponsored-only boards and agency reposts are removed. It grew to 2M+ monthly users through Reddit with no marketing spend, raised a $6.8M pre-seed led by Spark Capital in 2026, and launched an AI Talent Agent that matches seekers from a resume.
Watch out: It is built for job seekers first, and the vendor says so. There is no published employer product, job promotion, applicant tracking or candidate database, so you cannot buy reach or search resumes. Agency recruiters' own postings are filtered out of results by design.

Why it comes up: Himalayas lets employers post remote roles for free and search a talent directory, a general remote board rather than one built around AI training pay.
Stands out: Posting, company profiles and unlimited candidate messaging are all free, which is uncommon for a board of this size. Employers can search a directory of 200,000+ job seekers rather than waiting for applicants. An MCP server lets you post jobs and run candidate searches from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor.
Watch out: Every job is reviewed before it goes live, and listings expire after 30 days. It only covers remote roles, so it will not help with onsite or hybrid hiring. No ATS integrations are named in the employer docs, so applicants may need manual handling.

Why it comes up: Indeed sells sponsored reach to a far larger general audience, the volume option if you are hiring AI raters at scale rather than targeting people already comparing AI training platforms.
Stands out: The board candidates actually open, with MCP and an API on top.
Watch out: Pay-per-click spend can outrun a small budget quickly, and it is not your ATS.
