Stands out: The AbsenceSoft Compliance Engine tracks 200+ federal and state leave and accommodation laws and stacks concurrent leaves, and the Payroll Calculations module applies state paid leave offsets per pay period. The API is publicly documented in OpenAPI 3.1 at absencesoft.stoplight.io, with Employee, Case, Employer and Communications APIs and webhooks.
Watch out: There is no public price, and custom outbound file feeds and API build work cost extra. Payroll Calculations produces estimates and export files, not payments, so payroll still runs in your own system.
