Bottom line

Low-cost AI-first ATS at $9.99 per recruiting user a month, with employees free, that scores every CV against the vacancy and drafts interview questions, reference questions and rejection feedback with Claude. It adds bias-blind scorecards, a branded careers page and Google Calendar self-booking, and a 14-day trial needs no card. Best for small and mid-size teams, especially in Latin America, that want AI help at every hiring stage without enterprise pricing.

Stands out for: AI is built into the whole loop, not only screening: a scored and explained fit for every application, per-stage interview kits, scorecards hidden from other interviewers until they submit, and reference checks run inside the ATS with AI-tailored questions and a cross-reference summary. A conversational search answers plain-language questions over live candidate data in English, Spanish or Portuguese, and only recruiting seats are billed.

Watch out for: It is a young product: the homepage calls $9.99 an early access price locked in for the first 100 customers against a listed $49, so later sign-ups may pay more. The vendor names few integrations beyond Google Calendar, Google Meet and LinkedIn CSV import, does not describe a public API, and charges extra for its LinkedIn profile import connector. Calendar sync is Google only.

Overview

Nexu HR is a recruitment and people operations platform built in Latin America. It markets itself as AI-first, with Claude from Anthropic behind more than 15 AI touchpoints across sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing.

When a candidate applies, the AI parses the CV and scores it from 0 to 100 against the vacancy, broken down across skills, experience, language, education and culture fit, with specific strengths and gaps. It also analyses screening answers, drafts job descriptions, suggests skills and languages, and generates tailored interview questions for each candidate.

Interviews run on stage-specific kits, so a screen, technical and final round can each have their own rubric. Scorecards are bias-blind, meaning interviewers cannot see each other's scores until they submit their own, and the AI summarizes the full set once they are in. References are gathered inside the ATS with AI-tailored questions and a cross-reference summary.

The rest of the platform covers a kanban pipeline, a branded careers page, eight editable candidate email templates that send automatically at each stage (including an AI-drafted rejection with feedback), Google Calendar self-booking that only shows slots when every chosen interviewer is free, confidential vacancies, six user roles, LinkedIn CSV and Excel import, analytics, and hiring campaigns that route one application to several open roles. An employee directory, org chart and performance reviews sit alongside recruiting.

Pricing is a single plan at $9.99 per recruiting user a month, billed monthly with no commitment, while employees with self-service access are free. Data is hosted on Supabase in the US, isolated per company and exportable. The trial lasts 14 days with no card.

  • Teams that rely on Outlook calendars or a deep integration marketplace
  • Buyers who need a public API to connect their own systems

Key features

AI CV scoring. Every application is scored 0 to 100 against the vacancy, broken down by skills, experience, language, education and culture fit, with written strengths and gaps.

Interview kits and bias-blind scorecards. Separate rubrics per stage, AI-generated questions per candidate, and scorecards hidden from other interviewers until each one submits, then summarized by the AI.

Reference checks. AI-tailored reference questions by candidate and role, collected inside the ATS, with a cross-reference summary of agreements and divergent signals.

Self-booking. Candidates pick a slot from live Google Calendar availability across several interviewers, with Google Meet links created automatically.
