Stands out: AI is built into the whole loop, not only screening: a scored and explained fit for every application, per-stage interview kits, scorecards hidden from other interviewers until they submit, and reference checks run inside the ATS with AI-tailored questions and a cross-reference summary. A conversational search answers plain-language questions over live candidate data in English, Spanish or Portuguese, and only recruiting seats are billed.
Watch out: It is a young product: the homepage calls $9.99 an early access price locked in for the first 100 customers against a listed $49, so later sign-ups may pay more. The vendor names few integrations beyond Google Calendar, Google Meet and LinkedIn CSV import, does not describe a public API, and charges extra for its LinkedIn profile import connector. Calendar sync is Google only.
