JobMojito is an AI interview platform built in the EU. Candidates open a link in their browser, with no app or scheduling, and talk to a branded avatar or a voice-only agent that asks follow-up questions and keeps the pace, 24/7 and in 32 languages.
You define the role, questions and scoring rubric, or generate an interview from a job description. Each criterion is marked met or not with the candidate's own words as evidence, and four further algorithms score the conversation, sentiment, pronunciation and speech cadence. Results can be shared as PDF reports in three layouts.
Risk assessment checks video, audio, conversation and session signals, such as reading from a screen, a second person in frame, AI-generated speech, stall tactics and VPN or Tor connections. An optional KYC pack adds biometric identity checks that the interview face and voice are matched against.
