Bottom line

Cold email platform for agencies and outbound teams that want sending, unlimited warmup, deliverability monitoring and one shared reply inbox under a single bill. Unlimited is $100 a month with unlimited contacts, sending and inboxes, Private is $200, and both start with a free trial.

Stands out for: Warmup is provider matched rather than pooled: Google Workspace inboxes warm only with real Google Workspace inboxes and Microsoft 365 with Microsoft 365, which keeps them away from random SMTP servers where spam traps sit. It is unlimited on every plan, and AI reply tagging runs on your own DeepSeek, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or Groq key, so there are no marked up AI credits.

Watch out for: It is a young brand with no Capterra or G2 reviews yet, and the volume figures on its site (28,000+ mailboxes, 2,000+ domains) are the vendor's own. The $100 entry price is well above Smartlead or Instantly starter plans, so it pays off mainly for teams running many inboxes. AI tagging needs your own provider key and a paid account with that provider.

Overview

PrimaryHub is cold email software built for agencies and outbound teams. It combines campaign sending across connected Gmail, Outlook and SMTP inboxes with unlimited inbox warmup, deliverability monitoring, AI reply categorisation, client workspaces and a master inbox. The same platform is also sold under the name PrimaryInbox at primaryinbox.ai.

Warmup runs on every connected inbox with no quota. It pairs Google Workspace inboxes with real Google Workspace inboxes and Microsoft 365 with Microsoft 365, ramps volume gradually, and pauses inboxes that stop responding. Deliverability monitoring watches SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, blacklists, bounces and sender health, and flags problems the same hour.

Every reply from every connected account lands in one searchable master inbox. Each reply is tagged within about 30 seconds as Interested, Meeting Request, Information Request, Out of Office, Not Interested, Wrong Person, Do Not Contact and similar, using your own AI provider key. Categories can trigger follow up sequences, such as sending a calendar link to a meeting request.

Pricing is two flat plans. Unlimited is $100 a month with unlimited contacts and sending, and Private is $200 a month with a private sequencer, private OAuth and your own domain. Both include unlimited inboxes and warmup and start with a free trial.

Who it's for

Best for

  • Agencies running cold email for several clients from separate workspaces
  • Recruiting teams ramping many sending inboxes safely before candidate outreach
  • Outbound teams on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 that want warmup matched to each
  • Teams that want reply triage done by their own AI key instead of bought credits

Not ideal for

  • Solo senders with one or two inboxes who only need a cheap starter plan
  • Buyers who want a lead database bundled in (it has none)
  • Teams that want an established vendor with independent review history

Key features

Unlimited inbox warmup. Every connected inbox warms on every plan with no quota or add-on. Warmup is provider matched, so Google Workspace inboxes warm with Google Workspace inboxes and Microsoft 365 with Microsoft 365, with gradual ramps and auto pause for dead inboxes.

Deliverability monitoring. SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, blacklist checks, bounce tracking and sender health are watched continuously, with issues flagged the same hour they appear.

Master inbox. Replies from every connected Gmail, Outlook and SMTP account land in one searchable queue, with client workspaces keeping each customer or brand separate.

AI reply categorisation. Each reply is tagged within about 30 seconds as Interested, Meeting Request, Out of Office, Not Interested, Wrong Person and more, using your own DeepSeek, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or Groq key. Categories can trigger follow up sequences.
