Atlast
AI talent acquisition team: a Hiring Lead agent directs sourcing, AI interview and scheduling agents, with a built-in ATS. From €768/mo.
From €768/mo
Bottom line
European AI hiring platform that works like a talent acquisition team: you brief Atlas, the Hiring Lead agent, and it hands work to Talia (sourcing and outreach), Echo (AI interviews) and Stala (scheduling and candidate messages). It runs alongside your ATS or replaces it with its own. Solo is €768/mo billed annually (€960 monthly) for 5 hiring users, 10 active jobs and 1,000 AI credits a month.
Stands out for: Built for the EU AI Act: it classes its hiring AI as high-risk, keeps an immutable audit trail, hosts data in the EU on AWS, never trains on candidate data, and requires a human to sign off on every hiring decision. Plans are priced by team size rather than per seat, so hiring managers and interviewers join at no extra cost.
Watch out for: Prices are in euros with no USD option, there is no self-serve free trial (a live demo instead), and the entry plan is about €9,200 a year. It launched in June 2026; the onboarding and offers agents are still in development, and some ATS integrations are listed as in development.
Overview
Atlast was founded by Ebony James, who spent 17 years leading talent and operations at Facebook, Instagram, N26, Glovo and Tier, and Oreste Luci, an engineering leader with 25 years of experience. It officially launched in June 2026, and its early adopters and design partners are mostly European tech companies.
The product is a crew of AI agents with names and jobs. Atlas, the Hiring Lead, takes your brief, builds the job description, interview plan and pitch kit, and delegates. Talia sources and shortlists candidates from your ideal profile across LinkedIn, GitHub, Indeed and other sources, then runs outreach. Echo runs structured AI interview stages. Stala schedules interviews and handles candidate messaging and follow-ups. Alisa, an analytics agent, is in beta, and onboarding and offers agents are in development.
Atlast includes its own ATS, so a company without one can use it as its single source of truth, or it can sit on top of an existing ATS. Listed integrations cover HRIS, LinkedIn, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Outlook Calendar and Microsoft Teams, with Workday and SuccessFactors on Enterprise; the vendor notes some integrations are still being built.
Compliance is a large part of the pitch. Candidate data is hosted in the EU on AWS and encrypted, rejected applications are deleted after 90 days, candidates are told about AI use and can ask for a human review, and every AI score comes with its reasoning. Plans are Solo, Team, Scaleup and Enterprise, each including a monthly allowance of AI credits used whenever an agent acts.
