Prices are in euros with no USD option, there is no self-serve free trial (a live demo instead), and the entry plan is about €9,200 a year. It launched in June 2026; the onboarding and offers agents are still in development, and some ATS integrations are listed as in development.
What we noted
Not the right fit for
Worth keeping in mind: Built for the EU AI Act: it classes its hiring AI as high-risk, keeps an immutable audit trail, hosts data in the EU on AWS, never trains on candidate data, and requires a human to sign off on every hiring decision. Plans are priced by team size rather than per seat, so hiring managers and interviewers join at no extra cost.

$60/user/mo Free tier MCP
Why it comes up: AI interview notes plus recruiting agents, free plan then $60/user/mo, if notes are the main need.
Stands out: Notes land on the candidate record rather than in someone's document.
Watch out: Each agent is priced separately, so adding Sourcing ($100 or $300 per user) or Application Review ($150 a month) to the $60 Notetaker adds up fast.

$99/mo Free tier Free trial MCP
Why it comes up: Self-serve AI sourcing from $99/mo, a cheaper way to get the sourcing part on its own.
Stands out: Natural-language search plus a Chrome extension and 50+ ATS connectors.
Watch out: The Agents add-on costs extra on top of the seat price.
Best for
$199/slot/month Free tier
Why it comes up: AI recruiting agent that introduces opted-in candidates from its own network, priced per slot from $199.
Stands out: The candidate pool is built by its own candidate-side agent: Jack talks to job seekers about what they want, and Jill only introduces people who have opted in. Pricing is per role slot rather than per recruiter seat, and Jill also drafts the hiring brief, rubric and job description for each role.
Watch out: Jill's network is strongest in London, San Francisco and New York, so coverage elsewhere is thinner and you may lean on public profiles, which come without a warm intro. It is built for companies hiring directly and does not support third-party recruiters or agencies. Native ATS sync is limited to Ashby, with other ATSs needing the beta custom integration your team hosts.
