Bottom line
AI screening platform from India for high-volume, campus and technical hiring: an AI phone screener calls candidates in 10+ languages, a 3D avatar interviewer runs async interviews built from the JD and resume, and AI assessments are generated from a pasted JD in about two minutes. Proctoring, PDF reports and the HireFlow pipeline are free; you pay a flat price per interview, assessment or connected call from a prepaid balance that never expires.
Stands out for: No subscription and no expiry: one balance covers interviews, assessments and voice calls, while test creation, proctoring and the HireFlow kanban with WhatsApp and email invites cost nothing. Voice calls are charged only when the candidate picks up, and the dialer handles up to 500 calls a day.
Watch out for: Per-use prices only appear inside the pricing calculator, so the cost of one interview is not stated in plain text. The product is built around Indian campus, GCC and technical hiring, the same company runs a practice portal for students, and there are no outside reviews with enough volume yet.
Overview
SkillBrew.AI is made by Skillbru AI Pvt Ltd in India and says it serves 500+ hiring teams across India and the US. It is backed by the Nvidia Inception, AWS Startup and Microsoft Founders Hub programmes and focuses on the screening stage: getting from a large applicant pool to a ranked shortlist without recruiters reading every resume or running every first-round interview.
BrewVoice is the top of the funnel. Its AI caller, Rhea, phones candidates, verifies them through WhatsApp, works in 10+ languages, and returns a short report on role fit, technical signal and communication, then hands strong candidates on to an interview. You upload candidates from Excel or resumes and it can make up to 500 calls a day.
AI Interviews use a 3D avatar interviewer, Hridesh, that reads the job description and the candidate's resume and adapts its follow-up questions. Standard interviews run 15 to 20 minutes, Deep interviews 25 to 30 minutes, and Structured interviews use your own questions. AI Assessments turn a pasted JD into a test with four question types in about two minutes and rank candidates on a leaderboard. BrewShield proctoring runs inside both, watching camera, screen, voice, keystrokes and tab switches.
HireFlow ties it together for free: multi-stage hiring drives, a kanban board, AI resume shortlisting, and bulk invites and reminders by email and WhatsApp, including coordination with college placement cells for campus drives. Billing is a single prepaid balance with a flat price per action and no expiry.
