Pancake
AI GTM agent that finds companies hiring the roles you fill and writes the first message, from $99/mo per workspace.
From $99/mo 7-day free trial MCP server
Bottom line
AI agent for winning new business: it watches job posts, founder posts and rival agencies' audiences, hands you named decision makers with the reason each one fits, and sends a short message from your account once you approve. For recruiting agencies it finds clients, not candidates, and it skips jobs posted by other agencies. From $99/mo per workspace with unlimited seats, a 7-day trial and a hosted MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT.
Stands out for: The hiring signal reads employer job posts only and names who owns each search, so a desk gets hiring managers with open roles rather than a list of companies. Plays keep running on their own, every lead carries its reason, and the same workspace can be driven entirely from Claude or Codex through a first-party MCP server.
Watch out for: It does not connect to an ATS or CRM and has no export, so approved leads live in Pancake or Slack. It sends up to three short messages, with no email or calling steps, and the trial needs a card. Credits per lead vary from about 100 to 500, so narrow searches burn through a plan faster.
Overview
Pancake is a San Francisco AI go-to-market agent. You add your website, and it builds a GTM Brain: who buys from you, what to say and where to find them. Every search and message starts from that profile, and it learns from each lead you approve or pass on.
Work is organised in Plays. A Play is one standing search, such as US SaaS companies with 50 to 200 people hiring backend engineers, founders posting that they are building a sales team, or heads of talent engaging with a rival agency's posts. Other signals cover technologies named in job posts, funding rounds and lookalikes of your best clients.
For recruiting agencies the vendor stresses that the hiring signal keeps only employers, never agencies posting for a client, and that each lead names the person who owns the search. It says plainly that Pancake does not find candidates.
Outreach is approval first. Pancake drafts up to three short messages per lead in your voice, sends them from your own account on weekdays in business hours, holds each send for 10 minutes so you can undo, and stops when the lead replies. New leads can post to Slack for one-click approval.
A first-party MCP server connects Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Codex with a browser sign-in. The agent can read your Brain, build Plays, review leads and edit drafts, and it shows the credit cost before any search runs.

Key features
GTM Brain. Pancake reads your website and builds a profile of your ideal clients, personas, competitors and tone, and refines it from the leads you approve or pass on.
Plays. Each Play is one standing search: companies hiring a given role, founders posting that they are hiring, people engaging with a rival agency's posts, companies using a technology, recent funding rounds or lookalikes of your best clients.
Approved outreach. Every lead comes with the reason it fits. Nothing is sent until you approve it, messages go out from your own account in business hours, and a reply stops the sequence.
Run it from Claude or Codex. A hosted MCP server lets Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Codex build Plays, review leads and edit messages, showing the credit cost before a search runs.
