From $79/mo
Bottom line
Arbi, from Neuroscale AI, puts plain-English sourcing, criteria-based screening, email sequences and spoken AI interviews in one platform. Per-seat plans run $79, $179 and $279/mo billed annually, each with a monthly credit allowance for contact unlocks. It fits small in-house teams and agencies that want one tool in place of separate sourcing and interview products.
Stands out for: The Arbitrator screener shows the profile evidence behind every good, partial or poor verdict and can re-score an entire stage when criteria change. The AI interviewer runs spoken rounds with a whiteboard for system design questions and a candidate practice round. Neuroscale also lists federal and defense teams as a target, backed by SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
Watch out for: Contact details cost credits (2 per unlock), and Solo includes only 500 credits a month, which Neuroscale says covers about one requisition worked end to end. ATS integration is not listed on Solo or Growth and costs $100/mo extra on Business. Sourcing agents and usage analytics on Business are still marked as coming soon.
Overview
Arbi is the AI recruiting platform built by Neuroscale AI. It groups the work into four stages, source, screen, sequence and interview, and runs all four from one workspace rather than handing candidates between separate tools.
Sourcing starts with a sentence or a pasted job description. Arbi turns that into filters, ranks matches, adds short fit summaries and signal tags, and shows talent pool analytics such as tenure, seniority mix and feeder companies. Verified personal and work emails and direct phone numbers are unlocked with credits.
Screening uses Arbitrator evaluations: you write or accept suggested criteria, and Arbi scores every candidate in a stage, marking each requirement with the evidence it found. Criteria presets can be shared so every recruiter screens a role against the same bar.
Outreach sequences personalize one line per candidate, send on business days, thread follow-ups and stop when someone replies. The AI interviewer then runs spoken structured rounds from a drag-and-drop builder and returns scored summaries with recording and transcript.
Plans are per seat: Solo $79/mo, Growth $179/mo and Business $279/mo on annual billing, with Enterprise quoted. Monthly billing costs $20 more per seat.

Key features
Plain-English talent search. Describe the hire in a sentence or paste a job post, and Arbi builds the filters and ranks matches from its profile database. Boolean, title, seniority, tenure and funding-stage filters stay available underneath.
Arbitrator criteria screening. Arbi grades every profile in a stage against your written criteria, marks each requirement as a good, partial or poor match with cited evidence, and re-scores the whole stage in one click when the brief changes.
Autonomous outreach sequences. Multi-step email sequences personalize a line to each candidate's background, send across business days, thread follow-ups and stop on reply. Replies land in a shared inbox with per-step open, click and reply stats.
AI voice interviews. A spoken AI interviewer runs structured first rounds built from drag-in blocks, probes vague answers, offers a whiteboard for system design, and returns scores for communication, knowledge, problem solving and confidence with recording and transcript.
