Visier review

What can an AI assistant do with Visier?

Things recruiters ask tools like this

  • “Who joined in the last 90 days, and which of them still have onboarding tasks open?”
  • “Summarise this quarter's survey comments by theme and quote the most common concerns.”

What the Visier MCP server does

First-party MCP, hosted by Visier and bundled with Vee. It is tenant-scoped at {vanity}.app.visier.com/visier-query-mcp, secured with OAuth 2.0, and exposes Vee's question tool plus structured data-query tools (metrics, dimensions, analytic objects) and prompts for employee, candidate and requisition analysis. Users only see data they can already see in Visier.

Questions

Does Visier have an MCP server?

Yes. Visier runs its own official MCP server, so an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can work inside Visier with your own account and permissions.

Why is there no Visier MCP server URL here?

Visier has not published one public address. Vendors often run the server inside each customer account or share the address during setup.

Is it safe to connect Visier to AI?

An official server only lets the assistant see and do what your own Visier account allows. Start read only, keep anything that sends, writes or spends credits on approval, and check whether your admin needs to approve the connection.
