When you add it, your AI app opens a sign-in window for Greenhouse. Log in with your own Greenhouse account and approve access. Nothing to copy or paste beyond the URL.

  1. Go to Customize, then Connectors.
  2. Click Add custom connector, name it Greenhouse and paste the server URL.
  3. Click Add, then sign in to Greenhouse when asked.
  4. In a chat, open the + menu and switch it on under Connectors.

On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds it first under Organization settings.

Claude Code

  1. Run claude mcp add --transport http 'greenhouse' 'https://mcp.greenhouse.io/mcp'
  2. Type /mcp to check it shows as connected and to sign in.

Cursor

  1. Open Settings, then MCP, and add a new server.
