It is a new vendor with little independent review history, and the 99.5% accuracy figure is its own claim. Credits come as a monthly allowance rather than never-expiring packs, so it suits steady monthly volume more than an occasional clean-up, and the AI assistant needs your own AI key.
What we noted
Not the right fit for
Worth keeping in mind: The price per check is among the lowest we list, about $0.00066 on the Pro plan, and nothing is held back for higher tiers: every plan gets the API, catch-all detection, the domain checker and DNS generator. The extras, such as private inboxes and SPF, DKIM and DMARC record generation, replace a couple of small tools a sending team would otherwise pay for.

$39/2,000 credits Free tier MCP API
Why it comes up: A long-established verifier with a free 100 a month and credit packs from $39 for 2,000, if you want a public review record.
Stands out: Validation plus quality scoring on one meter, with a real free 100-credit allowance and a public $99/month subscription.
Watch out: Pay-as-you-go starts at $39 for 2,000 validations if you do not want a subscription. Heavy lists will burn the 10,000-credit ONE cap.

$8/1,000 credits Free trial MCP API
Why it comes up: Never-expiring credits from $8 per 1,000 plus an official MCP server, better for occasional clean-ups.
Stands out: Bouncer runs a free MCP server at https://api.usebouncer.com/mcp that connects to Claude or ChatGPT over OAuth 2.1, so a recruiter can paste a CSV into a chat and get a cleaned list back without opening the app. It exposes the same engine as the API, including single checks, batch jobs, domain checks, toxicity lists and a credit balance check, and it costs nothing beyond the credits used.
Watch out: Entry pricing is mid-market rather than cheapest: $8 per 1,000 credits against $6.99 at EmailListVerify, with a 1,000 credit minimum purchase. The pieces people assume are included are separate lines: the Deliverability Kit is a subscription from $25/month and Bouncer Shield is priced by monthly form checks. Verification data is processed in the EU only, which is a plus for GDPR and a question to ask if your policy requires US processing.

$4/1,000 credits MCP API
Why it comes up: Pay-as-you-go verification with credits that never expire, a free email finder and an MCP server.
Stands out: The email finder is free to search and only charges when you verify a guess, and verification stops at the first valid address, so finding a hiring manager's email costs one or two credits rather than a subscription. The MCP server works on a free account and signs in with OAuth, so a recruiter can ask Claude to check an address mid-conversation.
Watch out: The $4 per 1,000 rate is a launch discount locked only through the end of 2026, and the list price is $8, the same as NeverBounce and Bouncer. ClearBounce is a young product run by a sole proprietor, so weigh support depth for high-volume or contract-critical use. Inbox placement testing and blocklist monitoring are a separate subscription, not part of the verification credits.
Best for
$20/2,000 credits Free tier
Why it comes up: 200 free checks every month and no charge for unknown results, for small lists that do not need a subscription.
Stands out: You are only billed for clear results, so catch-all heavy lists cost less than they would where every check uses a credit. The free 200 a month resets rather than being a one-off, and the same login adds an email finder, monitoring across 200+ blacklists and $29/mo unlimited warmup.
Watch out: The vendor publishes no API documentation for the verifier and says its blacklist tool has no API yet, so it suits file uploads more than automated pipelines. Accuracy of 98% is the vendor's own figure, and there is little independent review history.
