Compare/Head to head

OutreachGenie vs Waalaxy

Same facts, side by side: starting price, free tier, MCP, API and what each one is actually built for.

OutreachGenie

$0 Free tier

Free LinkedIn outreach workspace with no paid tier and no product-side limit on invites, messages or visits. You save people from a LinkedIn search, a post's likes and comments, profiles or a CSV, review the list, then run a visible flow of visits, connection requests and follow-ups through a Chrome companion. A hosted MCP lets Claude build lists and campaign drafts. It is a young, single-founder product that runs in your own browser, and LinkedIn's limits and account risk still apply.

Where OutreachGenie fits

  • Recruiters who want LinkedIn connection and follow-up sequences without a subscription
  • Sourcers turning the people who engage with a post into a candidate or client list
  • Solo agency owners doing their own business development on LinkedIn
  • Teams that want Claude to build prospect lists and outreach flows

Waalaxy

$16/user/mo Free trial

Chrome LinkedIn plus email sequences. Pro is $16/user/mo; 14-day trial.

Where Waalaxy fits

  • SDRs running LinkedIn plus email from Chrome
  • HubSpot or Pipedrive shops
  • Teams that want a 14-day trial
  • Buyers who will not pay Expandi cloud prices

Where they pull apart

OutreachGenie

Stands out: It costs nothing at any volume: the vendor publishes one $0 plan with no caps on invites, messages, visits, lists or flows, where Waalaxy, Dripify and HeyReach all charge per user or sender. The free hosted MCP has separate OAuth scopes, so Claude can prepare a list and flow while campaign activation stays with you.

Watch out: Sending runs through the Chrome companion in your signed-in browser, so the browser has to stay open while a campaign runs and there is no cloud sending. Flows cover LinkedIn steps only. It is new, built by one founder at LeanOrchestr in Tunisia, with no outside reviews yet, and LinkedIn's policy bans automation tools, so restrictions remain possible.

Not the right fit for

  • Teams that need LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence
  • Agencies running many sender accounts from the cloud with the browser closed

Waalaxy

Stands out: A public $16 Chrome LinkedIn seat with email (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, Make, n8n, Salesforce named), and one of the cheapest entry seats in the category.

Watch out: Pro is $16, Advanced $32, Business $55. Only Business carries cold email sequences and 500 finder credits; Pro and Advanced get 25 a month, which makes them LinkedIn-only in practice. The LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on on every plan, and LinkedIn automation remains a ToS risk.

Not the right fit for

  • Teams that refuse LinkedIn automation
  • Enterprises that need a cloud, not a Chrome, runtime
  • People who only want a finder
