Where they pull apart

Icemail

Stands out: Each domain gets its own admin workspace, so one banned domain does not drag the others down, and banned mailboxes are replaced free. Mailboxes arrive pre-warmed, replies land in a unified inbox, and an AI domain finder suggests domains to buy.

Watch out: The $2.50 price is labelled a limited deal, with $3.50 as the listed rate, so budget for the higher figure. Deliverability claims such as 99.2% inbox placement are the vendor's own. The Azure plan allows about 5 cold emails a day per mailbox, so volume comes from mailbox count, not from each inbox.

Not the right fit for

  • Recruiters sending a few dozen emails a day from their main inbox
  • Teams that want the sequencer and the inboxes in one product

Inframail

Stands out: Unlimited inboxes on your domains for a flat monthly fee, with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set automatically.

Watch out: Microsoft-backed infrastructure, not Google Workspace. You still need a sequencer such as Instantly or Smartlead to send.

Not the right fit for

  • Buyers who need Google Workspace inboxes in the $147 plan
  • Teams that want a free trial before paying

Pros and cons

Icemail

  • Low per mailbox price with no contract
  • Free replacement of banned mailboxes
  • Google, Microsoft and private SMTP options in one place
  • Headline price is a limited deal
  • No sequencer of its own
  • Deliverability figures are vendor claims

Inframail

  • $147/mo unlimited Microsoft inboxes
  • Automated SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
  • No per-email sending fee
  • Core plan is Microsoft, not Google
  • No published free trial
  • You still pay for a sequencer
