Findem vs Marovi

Same facts, side by side: starting price, free tier, MCP, API and what each one is actually built for.

Findem

Where Findem fits

  • Enterprise talent teams mapping a market
  • Desks that query people data from an assistant
  • Sourcing teams that have outgrown LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Sizing the talent pool in a new location or skill

Marovi

Where Marovi fits

  • Corporate talent teams running executive and senior manager searches in house
  • Companies that want to cut retained search firm spend on leadership roles

Where they pull apart

Findem

Stands out: Search across skills, companies and career signals rather than job titles, plus a first-party MCP.

Watch out: No published price, and it does not replace your ATS.

Not the right fit for

  • Small businesses that need a self-serve finder
  • Teams looking for an ATS of record

Marovi

Stands out: Marovi sells the same evaluation method as software, as research help, or as a full retained style search run by its own recruiters, so a team can do the search in house and still hand off a critical role. Scores are weighted per role (a CFO scorecard differs from a CRO scorecard) and each one links back to its source, which suits searches a board will question.

Watch out: No public prices and no self serve sign up; every plan starts with a sales conversation. It is built for manager level and above, so it is a poor fit for volume or hourly hiring. Merging internal ATS candidates with external ones in one view, and two way ATS sync, come only with the Custom Build plan.

Not the right fit for

  • High volume or hourly hiring
  • Buyers who need a published price before a demo
  • Recruiting agencies looking for an ATS or CRM to run their desk

  • Can run as software, research help or a full executive search
  • Fixed fees with no per search charges or token limits, per the vendor
  • No published pricing or self serve trial
  • Combined internal and external view only on Custom Build
  • Narrow focus on manager level and executive roles
