How it works
- Record a call in Gong or Granola
- It drafts the follow-up email, next steps and CRM updates
- Nothing sends or saves until you say yes
Skills
- Writes the follow-up email from the call, in your voice.
- Pulls out next steps with an owner and a date against each one.
- Lists what was promised on the call: resources, access, trial details.
- Proposes the CRM updates, including the qualification fields your team runs on.
Routines
- Watches for new recorded calls and drafts the follow-up without being asked.
Integrations
- Gong.
- Granola.
Guardrails
- Drafts only. Emails go to your drafts folder and CRM changes are shown as a diff first.
- Nothing sends or saves until you say yes in the same conversation.
- Any quote attributed to a person comes word for word from the transcript.
- The recap is held to one line, so the follow-up stays about what happens next.
