TaaSFlow
TaaSFlow runs AI-agent sourcing and evidence-scored shortlists with recruiter sign-off, on flat package fees from a $699 one-role pilot.
From $699/role MCP server API
Bottom line
TaaSFlow sells managed shortlists rather than seats: agents source and score candidates against a rubric you approve, and a recruiter signs off each one before it reaches you. It costs $699 to trial one role, then a flat $8,000 for up to 10 positions, with no percentage-of-salary fee. It fits companies that use contingency agencies today and want to pay per package instead of per hire.
Stands out for: Every score is traced to a quoted line from the candidate's CV for each requirement, and the gaps are listed as interview questions. Sourcing cannot start until you approve the rubric, no candidate is shown until a recruiter approves them, and a read-only MCP connector lets Claude or ChatGPT query your shortlists.
Watch out for: TaaSFlow lists no ATS connector, so candidates do not sync to an existing ATS; job board distribution and outside data enrichment are also marked not available yet. Candidate records are kept for 3 months on standard packages, and the pilot is limited to one role per company.
Overview
TaaSFlow is a hiring platform from Flow Group Ventures that combines AI agents with human recruiters. Instead of licensing a sourcing tool, you hand over open roles and receive a ranked, pre-screened shortlist in a shared workspace.
Each role starts with intake: you upload the job description, the Blueprint Agent turns it into a weighted, versioned rubric, and nothing is sourced until you approve it. Talent discovery agents then search across 23 channels, from professional networks to referrals, campuses and events.
The Evidence Agent reads each CV and records the passage that supports or contradicts every requirement, and the Scoring Agent produces a 0 to 100 score from that evidence. A named recruiter reviews and approves candidates before they appear, with a written fit narrative and suggested interview questions.
The workspace holds pipeline stages, decisions, messages and an append-only audit trail. A coordination agent can run approved contact sequences and offer interview slots from your calendar. TaaSFlow also offers a read-only MCP server and an onboarding-agreed API for submitting briefs.
Pricing is a flat package by number of positions: a $699 one-role pilot, then $8,000 for up to 10 positions up to $64,000 for 100, with larger programmes quoted. There is no placement fee when you hire a delivered candidate.
Who it's for
Best for
- Companies paying 20 to 25% contingency fees that want a flat package price
- Founders and lean teams hiring several roles at once without an internal recruiter
- Hiring managers who want written evidence behind every shortlisted candidate
Not ideal for
- Teams that need two-way sync with an existing ATS
- Recruiters who want a self-serve sourcing database to search themselves
- Companies hiring one role a year after the pilot
Key features
Evidence-scored shortlists. Each candidate gets a 0 to 100 score against a rubric you approve at intake, and every requirement shows the sentence from the CV or application that supports it, plus gaps to check in the interview.
Agent-run sourcing. Intake, blueprint, talent discovery, evidence, scoring, pipeline and coordination agents pass each role along a fixed chain, with a dedicated agent on each of 23 sourcing channels. Most agents can be switched on or paused per role.
Recruiter approval gates. Sourcing does not start until you approve the blueprint, and no score or candidate reaches your workspace until a recruiter signs it off. Every action is written to an append-only audit trail.
Read-only MCP connector. An MCP server lets Claude or ChatGPT read your roles, released candidates and screening evidence with your own sign-in; nothing is written back.
