A consultant uploads a candidate CV in PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, TXT, ODT, RTF or Apple Pages, including scanned PDFs read by OCR. The AI extracts contact details, experience, skills and education and applies the agency's branded template, usually in under 10 seconds.
Templates are built in a drag and drop builder with logo, colours, fonts, section order and single column or sidebar layouts, or the team rebuilds an existing Word, PDF or PowerPoint template free. Every field can be reviewed and edited before download, changes can be requested in plain English with a before and after view, and one click anonymization supports blind submissions. Formatted CVs can be downloaded again from history at no charge.
It works with any ATS because it works on files, and some recruitment platforms license the engine inside their own product. Original uploads are deleted after processing and only the formatted CV is kept for history.
