Overview
ConnectIQ is CV formatting software, sold as resume formatting to US staffing firms, that converts a candidate CV or resume in PDF or Word into the agency's own branded template. The vendor measures about 5.5 seconds from upload to a reviewable record, and around 45 seconds for a batch of 20.
Each upload becomes one structured record with confidence markers and alternative readings where the parser was unsure, and every value links back to its place in the original file. The recruiter checks the record, picks a template and exports PDF and Word from the same approved version, or shares a link the client opens in a browser.
Rewriting runs at four levels: Format only, Tidy, Polish and Transform. Employers, job titles, dates and qualifications are restored word for word, figures must stay in the same role and section, and a rewrite that fails those checks is rejected rather than shown. Corrections the recruiter makes are reapplied after every rewrite.
There are 57 stock templates, and paid plans include a browser based builder to rebuild the agency's own template with logo, fonts, colours and section order. Blind CV toggles redact names, contact details and employer names across every field, including prose, and report anything they could not confidently remove.
