What it does
Type a list size and see what each email verifier with published prices charges for it, cheapest first.
Why it matters: email verifiers all charge per address, but they sell credits in different pack sizes, minimums and monthly plans, so the cheapest tool for 2,000 emails is rarely the cheapest for 200,000. Comparing pricing pages one by one means doing that maths 14 times. This calculator does it for your exact list size and shows how much the cheapest option saves.
What will it cost to verify your list?
Type how many emails you have. Every verifier below is priced from its own pricing page, cheapest first, for that exact list size.
Count after removing duplicates. Shorthand works: 25k or 1m.

Cost is for verification credits only, before tax, in US dollars. Each price links to the page it came from. Most verifiers do not charge for duplicates or unknown results, so your real bill can be lower.
How it works
- Type how many emails you need to check, or tap a common size. Count them after removing duplicates.
- Pick One list, once for a single cleanup, or This many every month if you verify new leads on a schedule.
- Every verifier is ranked by what that volume costs, with the exact packs or plan you would buy, the price per 1,000 emails and any credits left over.
- Copy a summary to share with your team, or copy a link that opens the calculator with the same settings.
How the price is worked out
| Pricing type | What the calculator does |
|---|---|
| Credit packs | Finds the cheapest way to cover your list: one pack, several of the same pack, or several packs plus a smaller top up. Leftover credits are shown so you can see what you would carry forward |
| Any volume pricing | Where a vendor sells any number of credits at a rate that falls with volume, it uses the rate for your list size and the vendor’s minimum purchase |
| Monthly plans | Picks the smallest plan that covers your list. For a one off list it counts one month of the plan, as if you cancel after. Turn off Include monthly plans to compare one-time packs only |
| Free credits | Off by default. Turn on Use free credits to subtract each vendor’s signup credits and any free monthly checks |
| Very large lists | Above the biggest published volume most vendors quote a custom price, so those vendors are listed under Not priced at this volume instead of guessed |
What it does not do
- It does not verify emails. It prices the job. To clean a list before you pay for checks, run it through the free lead list cleaner first.
- It does not compare accuracy. A cheaper verifier is not always as good at catch-all domains or unknown results. Read each listing in email verification before you buy.
- It does not include tax, currency conversion or sales discounts. Prices are the US dollar list prices on each vendor’s pricing page on the date shown.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to verify an email list?
It depends on the size of the list and the vendor. Small lists cost more per email because packs have minimum sizes, and the price per 1,000 falls as volume grows. Type your list size above to see every verifier priced for it.
Are pay as you go credits or a monthly plan cheaper?
For a one off cleanup, credit packs usually win because you pay once and many never expire. If you verify new leads every month, a plan can be cheaper per email. Switch How often to This many every month to compare both.
Do verifiers charge for duplicates and unknown results?
Most of them do not. Many verifiers remove duplicates for free and refund credits for results they cannot confirm. The calculator prices your full list, so your final bill is often a little lower than shown.
Where do the prices come from?
Each verifier’s price comes from its own pricing page, read on the date shown under its result, with a link to that page. Vendors change prices without notice, so confirm the final amount at checkout.
Why is a verifier I use missing?
The calculator only includes verifiers that publish their prices by volume. Tools that sell verification inside a wider data plan, or only on a quote, are left out rather than guessed. Tell us at support@workinsiders.com if one should be added.
Next steps: compare verifiers in email verification, check your sending domain with the SPF, DKIM and DMARC checker, and run your first email through the cold email spam checker.
